Things To Do

Welcome to Chicago! As the third largest city in the US and voted the Best Big City in the US by the Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards for the 9th year in a row, Chicago has a lot to offer visitors. We have some suggestions for things to do around the conference venue as well as in the city itself but just know, there is plenty more to explore!

Transportation to the city: The city can be accessed easily from the hotel via rideshare apps, taxis, or use of the “L” train. From the Rosemont CTA train station, the Blue Line train can be taken all the way to the Loop (downtown Chicago) from which many other trains and public transport options can be accessed.

To ride the train, fare must be paid using a Ventra card, the Ventra mobile phone app, or Ventra multi-day pass. A Ventra card/pass vending machine is available at the Rosemont CTA train station. A standard one-way fare is approximately $2.50 USD.
